Information for horse owners

Submitting/ cancelling appointment

  • In order to make an appointment, we ask you to phone our clinic on +372 52 22 062. We ask you to inform us using the same phone number if you want to cancel or postpone the appointment.
  • When making an appointment, you are normally asked questions about the reasons for your visit to the clinic, as it helps us better prepare for the appointment, decide on whether it is more practical to bring the horse to the clinic or for us to come to the stable.
  • When making an appointment, it is essential to confirm all the necessary contact data (horse name, your name, telephone number).
  • If during our visit to your stables, you wish to receive consultation on the health problems of other horses, it is essential to inform us about it in advance, so that we would be able to more efficiently organise our time and take all the necessary equipment with us.
  • We reply to the received e-mails within 1–2 working days, therefore, this communication channel is not suitable to solve urgent health problems.

Visiting hours

  • Horse owners may visit stationary patients of our clinic on weekdays at 8–16 and at the weekend/ on public holidays at 8–14. If you want to visit your horse outside visiting hours, you have to previously phone us on +372 52 22 062 earlier the same day and agree on the time of your visit.
