  • It is obligatory to previously register for the appointment via phone. According to the primary complaint(s), clinic receptionist will find the suitable specialist and time for the consultation.
  • During registration, clinic receptionist will provide preliminary overview of the cost of the procedures, however, the exact treatment costs will be calculated during the visit, after clinical examination of the patient and veterinarian and owner’s joint decisions about further diagnostic procedures and treatment plan.
  • During regular working hours, it is possible to pay for the consultation and procedures in cash or using a bank card. The clinic does not issue invoices to private persons. Outside regular working hours, it is possible to pay for animal clinic services only using a bank card.
  • If your veterinarian suggests conducting additional diagnostic procedures/ tests in our animal clinic, the reference is required accompanied with an abstract of the medical case history, or your veterinarian has to directly contact the clinic prior to the registration. Reference form
  • If you come to the clinic with a dog, the animal has to be on the leash or in the animal carrier. Cats and other smaller animals have to be in the carrier. If you do not have a leash or carrier, ask for those the reception desk before entering the clinic with the animal.
